I am a graduate of the University of Memphis Leadership Program in Higher and Adult Education.
As a student affairs administrator, I work to create spaces and opportunities assist students in journey to completing degree programs and sometimes entering employment.
As a researcher, I focus on:
- The experiences of members of Black Greek-Lettered Organizations (BGLOs)
- Ethnic minority male persistence and degree attainment
- Parents as college students
- Non-ethnic minority students at HBCUs and Hispanic
Serving Institutions
- Research the affects of institutional closings
- Social justice training of resident assistants
- African American male student affairs professionals in
higher education
